week 5 reflection
I realised that my food log was incomplete. It did not tell the food group and the amount. What does the question mean by amount and food group?

week 4 reflection.
I have changed the format of my meal log and my research findings from a powerpoint slideshow format into a word document format. Also I have done research for all my learning targets.
Although the length of the word document is quite short, it covers all the points of my learning targets. It is about 2 to 3 pages long.

Week 1 Reflection (2 Nov- 8 Nov)

Also I managed to learn some new things like the different types of nutrients and their sources.
Learning targets...
My learning targets:

- why is nutrition so important to us.
- wad are the different types of nutrients and how are they important to us.
